German flag carrier Lufthansa has taken to the skies today with a selection of sale fares applicable to routes operated by its Airbus A380 SuperJumbo aircraft.

Fares start from £449 return including connections from the United Kingdom to Frankfurt, and can be booked up until 24th July 2012.

Destinations offered are Beijing, Singapore, Tokyo and Johannesburg, and outbound travel must take place between 20th October 2012 and 20th March 2013. Return travel dates are 21st October 2012 to 20th June 2013. Flights must be booked at least 7 days in advance, with a minimum 6 day/Saturday night stay, and a maximum stay of 3 months.
